“I’ll protect you. It’s like my duty - to be by your side; to love you,” he said.“but, do you really love me?” she asked.

To the Pacific Ocean we go? Oh! Don't forget the Camera!

at Tuesday, April 09, 2013
Beach in the Pacific Ocean? My friends invited me to go to Baler (a beach in the Philippines) to go surfing and trekking. So, I asked my mom's permission. Though she agreed, she warned me that the beach there was already a part of the Pacific Ocean which means, the waves are pretty huge. Fear got over me and I decided that if ever we are going there, I would just stay along the shorelines.

Loyal to Cloth Brands

at Monday, April 08, 2013

It's been awhile now since I have not shopped for clothes (4 consecutive months) and right now, I have this fidgety feeling to go shopping (I once to be a shopaholic when I was in College. I sum up all my allowances and shop every month. I usually ended up buying 5 clothes) but...

First, I still don't have the money . I am trying to save money like before but it seems that it is harder to save money now. I don't know why. I mean, I have lesser payments now since I am now back in our province and I am living with my parents; the mall is so far away from our house than when I was in my dormitory in Manila (it was walking distance) and yet, I can't save money like how I did before. Hmmmm or maybe because when I was in College, I always tell my Dad to directly deposit the money to my ATM (I like it that way. It prevents me to spend the money) than right now where in he just gives my allowance directly (but I keep it on my safety box).

Second, I am loyal to my cloth brands. My #1 favorite is PROMOD.

Yep. I am a PROMOD girl. I love their styles and whenever I am in the mood for that certain style, their new arrivals cooperates with that instantly. It's like, we're meant to be (Lol. Just kidding). 90% of my clothes in my wardrobe are all Promod. Yup. From clothes to shoes.

My #2 favorite is GAP.

If I want something simple and sweaters, I always to go this place. It's as simple as that.

I only have two favorites. If I have to buy some party clothes, I usually look in Mango and if I have extra money, I go to Zara. But I don't exceed buying 1 shirt in Zara. It's too expensive. Lol.

3. Lastly, all of my favorite cloth brands are only found in Manila. Yup. Woe is me. And if I am loyal to a cloth brand, I am LOYAL. I rarely buy clothes in other stores and I usually buy when I really need to. Otherwise, I am going to wait for the time I will visit Manila. Which kind of worries me when I will finally move to Canada. My sister said there is no Promod there so, I just have to rely on online shopping which I think costs more? Hmmm.

So, how about you guys? What are your favorite cloth brands? :)

Once Upon A Time Series

at Thursday, April 04, 2013
Last week, while we were medicating one of our patients with my Senior Nurse and my co-volunteer Nurse, I suddenly glanced on the TV. Though I didn't watch the whole advertisement, the title and the cast kind of caught me. What is it you ask?

The Impossible Movie

at Wednesday, March 27, 2013
So, I watched "The Impossible" movie this early morning and it really made me... err... what's the term? Inspired?

This movie is about a family spending their Christmas vacation in Thailand. Unfortunately, their time wasn't right. The tsunami struck the beach and they got separated. Everything seems like it's the end - their friends, lovers or family lost or, most likely, died from this calamity. But, this family did not give up. They still cling to that tiny bit of hope and faith to find each other even though their surroundings convinces them that it is over. And because of that, I salute this family.

This family taught me a great lesson about life:

When everything seems hopeless, you must always give hope and faith a chance. Who knows? Something impossible might happen.

And this will be my motto from now on. :)

SKIN Products I use for my oily skin

at Monday, March 25, 2013
Ever since I came home from Canada, my skin finally decided to cooperate with me. My pimples had been showing up lesser than before. They have been showing up one at a time and they are smaller. Also, they only appear at least once a month now which makes me SO HAPPY and I want to share it to you guys. :)

1. PanOxyl

I have started using this product since last November 2012. A saleslady recommended it to me because she  too used to have problems with her skin (lucky enough, I found someone who has the same problem as I have - super oily and sensitive skin). She also told me to use Garnier Light Complete for the scars. After using these two products for months, my skin finally cleared up. Just a warning, some may experience dryness after using this. So, ask your doctor how many times a day and a week you will be using this for better results. For my experience, my skin never felt dry using this (that's how oily my skin is I guess).

University Life

at Sunday, March 17, 2013

Let me just start off with these two.

Eliza and Lawrence are now in the University both taking Fine Arts with Eliza having lesser units than Lawrence. They both got the scholarship and have a perfect score in the Fine Arts Major. Lawrence is going to go to the Chef Career while Eliza takes the illustratious Author but, who knows? They might change their mind once they graduated from their University.

Sims addict as well

at Wednesday, March 13, 2013
I have forgotten to tell you an illness I had for the past 6 years...

Sims Addiction

I have been playing Sims since grade school. My sister introduced it to me but I did not play it, I only watch my sister playing. But, later on, I started to play and yes, I got addicted.

It's a VERY long story before I got addicted and I won't go into detail about that. Right now, I am happy to introduce my Sims 3 Family that I have been playing for 3 generations and they are the Everdeen Family (Yes, I was addicted to Hunger Games when I played this and the girl that I am focused on really looks like JLaw). Unfortunately, I do not have a formal picture of them. I only have a picture of when Katniss already had a family and her dad, mom and brother visited her (Yep, a brother. It didn't stick to the family of the Hunger Games book. Lol).

They are having a family gathering. Katniss' hair here was blonde. I dyed her hair blonde. (1st picture)
Her father, Eric Everdeen, was doing a tummy check for his second grandchild! (2nd picture)
Katniss and Oliv Mellark paid a visit to her parents' house and Oliv did pretty good in his spooky story. He sure scared both Katniss and her brother Finnick! (3rd picture)
